U.S. Market Entry Know-how in One Place… Impactors and Orange Planet Launch Startup GTM Program
Impactus Law Firm , together with Orange Planet Foundation and Resolve, is operating the 'Global Next Club (GNC) 2nd Cohort' to support Korean startups' entry into the U.S. market.
GNC is a membership-based program that provides practical information on legal, tax, immigration, payments, investment, and local networks to startups preparing to enter the U.S. market. For this second cohort, Zigo AI, which operates office and contract matching services for startups entering the U.S., is also participating as a sponsor and operating partner.
The program will be held online over eight sessions for four weeks from June 9 to July 2. Each session consists of speaker presentations and Q&A, and alongside common tracks covering company formation, payment infrastructure, immigration, and the U.S. VC ecosystem, detailed tracks for the fields of AI, beauty, and healthcare will also be operated separately.

Strengthening industry-specific strategies for entering the U.S.
Unlike the first cohort, which focused on a common roadmap for entering the U.S., this second cohort is characterized by strengthened industry-specific implementation strategies. In particular, separate tracks have been organized for the AI, beauty, and healthcare sectors, which have high demand for U.S. market entry, to address issues related to regulation, distribution, investment, and business development.
The common track includes Jang Jeong-eun, Managing Partner at Impactors Law Firm; Mentor Han Ki-yong; Ahn Seong-wook, Sales Representative at Stripe ; Lee Jin-kyu, Attorney at Passage Immigration Law; Nam Hoon-gon, Head of Smilegate Investment 's U.S. subsidiary; and Lee Shin-hye, Partner at Goodwater Capital .
The AI track will feature Runbear CEO Lee Seong-won, Syncly CEO Lee Dong-hee, and KLAIM CEO Park Ki-sang, while the Beauty track will feature Kolmar Korea officials, Saje Partners, and Constant Refield.
The final event, the offline day, will be held on July 11 at the Orange Planet Center in Gangnam, Seoul. At the event, Moloco Co-founder and CIO Park Se-hyuk will share his global growth experiences, and Mentor Han Ki-yong is scheduled to deliver a keynote on Silicon Valley networking strategies.
Representative Attorney Jang Jeong-eun stated, “For entry into the U.S. market, the process of sharing actual trial-and-error cases is more important than simply acquiring information,” adding, “GNC is evolving into a community where founders preparing for U.S. GTM share execution data.”
