1기 신도시 재건축 사업이 본격화됨에 따라 수천 세대 규모의 대단지 동의서 징구를 위한 전자동의서 도입이 급물살을 타고 있다.
레디포스트(대표 곽세병)는 도시정비 전자서비스 ‘총회원스탑’을 통해 분당을 시작으로 1기 신도시 전역에 전자서명동의 서비스를 도입하여 선도지구 선정을 지원한다고 9일 밝혔다.
레디포스트는 총회원스탑 서비스를 이용하여 4월 상록마을라이프를 시작으로, 정자일로 통합(5개)구역, 장안타운연립, 탑마을 타워빌 등 4개 구역의 전자서명동의 징구를 시작할 예정이라고 설명했다.
또한 상록마을우성, 정든마을동아우성, 한솔마을4단지, 구미삼성건영10단지, 정든마을1구역 정자신화한진, 장미마을현대, 탑마을경남벽산, 장미마을 동부코오롱 등 8개 단지의 전자서명동의 사전준비가 원활하게 진행되어 분당 지역에 12개 단지의 특별정비구역 지정을 위한 전자동의가 이루어질 예정이며, 현재 분당 내 다른 재건축 단지들도 해당 서비스 도입을 협의 중이다.
