Shirrako, a leaker with a relatively unknown track record, has stated on X that Bandai Namco is preparing a Dark Souls trilogy remake for undisclosed platforms. A release window was not reported though he says he got the information from a reputable source. Needless to say the announcement is going viral on X because so many people would be up for a remake of the critically acclaimed trilogy. As always this is a rumour at present and Bandai Namco has not commented.

One of the few games I’d list as perfect. Comes in with a solid mechanic, expands on it satisfyingly in different ways, great challenge, great music, etc
When I first got my 3DS, that was actually the first game I bought and played (along with Cave Story).

Ooh this would be so sick. It’d be great if they did it like those old trilogy box sets. 3 lined up on the shelf would be amazing. I imagine it’d probably be pretty expensive since it’s 3 brand new remake releases though lol. Makes me wonder if God of War’s trilogy will be extra pricey. Would be cool if they were available separately too
