도장 자동화 SI 전문기업 마젠타로보틱스는 10월 13일 대전컨벤션센터(DCC)에서 ‘마젠타로보틱스 FAST 솔루션 설명회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이번 행사는 레인보우로보틱스의 초정밀 협동로봇팔 RB 시리즈와 마젠타로보틱스의 AI 기반 모션 플래닝 기술을 결합한 고객 맞춤형 자동화 솔루션을 소개하는 자리로 마련됐다.
마젠타로보틱스는 이번 설명회에서 ‘FAST(Factory Automation with Smart Teaching) 솔루션’과 ‘자율 도장 협동로봇’을 소개했다. 회사는 해당 솔루션이 중대재해처벌법 대응, 인건비 절감, 작업 안전성 개선을 목표로 한다고 설명했다.
자율 도장 협동로봇은 기존 협동로봇 운용에 필요한 복잡한 명령 입력 방식 대신 작업자의 동작을 따라 하는 직관적 방식을 채택했다. 이를 통해 작업 효율을 높이고 유해물질 노출이나 고소 작업 등으로 인한 안전사고 위험을 줄이는 것을 목표로 한다.

Magenta Robotics, a company specializing in painting automation SI, announced that it held the 'Magenta Robotics FAST Solution Briefing' at the Daejeon Convention Center (DCC) on October 13. The event was organized to introduce a customized automation solution that combines Rainbow Robotics' ultra-precision collaborative robot arm RB series with Magenta Robotics' AI-based motion planning technology.
At the briefing, Magenta Robotics introduced its 'FAST (Factory Automation with Smart Teaching) Solution' and 'Autonomous Painting Collaborative Robot.' The company explained that these solutions aim to comply with the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, reduce labor costs, and improve workplace safety.
The autonomous painting collaborative robot adopts an intuitive method that mimics the operator's movements, instead of the complex command input required for operating conventional collaborative robots. Through this, it aims to increase work efficiency and reduce the risk of safety accidents caused by exposure to hazardous substances or working at heights.
